SignumEra keeps Microsoft identity, Graph-authorized workflows, meeting context and record storage as separate controls. Microsoft 365 receives finalized records when it is the selected system of record; Microsoft identity or meeting use alone does not make it the storage destination.
Key controls
Ordinary browser sign-in does not require broad Graph consent. Graph is requested when a Microsoft workflow actually needs it.

Microsoft sign-in can use OIDC without broad Graph consent. Additional Graph permissions are requested only for deliberate Microsoft 365 workflows.
Use Teams for live coordination while SignumEra remains the execution authority and Entra remains the organizational identity anchor.
Finalized documents and configured evidence return to the explicitly selected system of record. Identity, Teams or Zoom context does not create an additional storage destination.
Rust—not menu visibility—enforces sensitive actions. Owner, Admin, Member and Auditor permissions remain application controls.
