Terms for the SignumEra website and service.
SignumEra provides digital signing, agreement-execution, and evidence tools. It does not provide legal advice or determine whether a document is legally suitable for electronic or remote execution.
Use of the service
Users are responsible for selecting appropriate documents, recipients, identity requirements, witness rules, meeting evidence, and finalization policies for their agreements and jurisdictions.
Systems of record and third-party services
SignumEra may connect to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Clio Manage, Salesforce, identity providers, and verification services. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms, availability, permissions, and organizational policies.
No legal advice
SignumEra does not provide legal advice, guarantee enforceability, determine whether remote witnessing is permitted, or replace professional review of an agreement.
Governing terms
The final customer agreement, subscription terms, data-processing terms, and governing-law provisions should be published here or linked from this page before production launch.
This page is a structured website placeholder, not a substitute for the final counsel-approved Terms of Service.
