Cryptographic evidence
Bind passkey/WebAuthn assertions, document hashes and signature-related integrity evidence to the transaction.
Ceremony evidence
Include policy events and, when configured, transcript, audio or recording evidence from the hosted meeting.
Append-only ceremony events
Presence changes and material actions are recorded as append-only server events with timestamps and reason codes where applicable.
Explicit owner finalization
Completion is not merely the last signature. The responsible owner finalizes the authoritative record subject to policy.
Exclusive system-of-record return
Finalized documents and configured evidence return to the explicitly selected system of record. Identity, Teams or Zoom context does not create an additional storage destination.
