SignumEra and the SignumEra Signing Spine are owned by Greg Weldon. Certus Ledger Plc is licensed to use and commercialize that technology under a one-year commercial licence. Nothing on this website should be read as transferring ownership of that intellectual property to Certus Ledger Plc.
Any future transfer of intellectual property is governed only by the applicable executed agreements and any separate written assignment required by them.
