Resource guide
What is an evidence package?
It is the structured post-execution record designed to explain the agreement, the participants, the policy, the ceremony, and finalization.
Typical components
- Authoritative finalized PDF
- Prepared and finalized document hashes
- Ceremony manifest and system-of-record references
- Recipients, roles, signing order, and identity summaries
- Server-authored audit chronology
- Teams meeting identifiers and required transcript or recording artifacts
- Owner acceptance and finalization evidence
Why it differs from a simple audit trail
An audit trail usually describes events. An evidence package is designed to bind those events to the selected document, frozen policy, meeting context, and completed record.
