Microsoft-native

Designed around the Microsoft working environment.

The firm application runs in Teams. Teams SSO identifies the organizer. OneDrive or SharePoint provides authorized document storage. Calendar-backed Teams meetings support predictable meeting, transcript, and recording workflows.

  • /SignumEra/StandardForms
  • /SignumEra/FinalizedMatters
  • /SignumEra/EvidencePackages
  • Signer records under /SignumEra/SignedRecords where applicable
Workflow

From Microsoft file to completed record.

Identity boundaries

Organizer SSO and external signer identity are separate paths.

The Teams application uses the firm’s Microsoft context. External signer browser authentication uses a dedicated Microsoft OpenID Connect path and does not require Microsoft Graph permissions merely to identify the signer.

External signer scope

  • Microsoft OpenID Connect authorization-code flow
  • OpenID identity scope only
  • No Microsoft Graph User.Read requirement for the signer path
  • Private signer-specific session and document view
